Are Moonshot PCs built to order?

No. Every Moonshot PC is fully built and tested before it's listed for sale. This ensures you know exactly what you’re getting — including real photos, benchmark results, and thermal performance — with no build delays or surprises.

How does the process work?

We build each PC by hand using premium components, then run it through our full performance and thermal testing process. Only once it passes our standards do we list it for sale. When you buy a Moonshot PC, it's ready to ship.

What kind of testing do you perform?

Every build is stress-tested using:

  • 3DMark and gaming benchmarks.
  • Thermal analysis and airflow tuning
  • Stability and BIOS optimization

How fast will my PC ship?

Since the system is already built and tested, we typically ship within 3–4 business days of your purchase. All systems are shipped via insured UPS Ground or Expedited, with full tracking and signature confirmation.

Can I request a custom PC instead?

Yes — we offer custom PC builds upon request. Once requested, we’ll work with you directly to understand your performance goals, aesthetic preferences, and budget.

Custom builds are more involved, so we charge a premium (based on budget) over our ready-to-ship systems, and we limit custom orders to just 2 per month to maintain our build quality. Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States using UPS with full insurance and signature confirmation.
